SMS messages and AI-powered voice calls are sent by DBA Century 21 Limitless. Century 21 Limitless is a real estate agent operating in Johnston, RI. We provide Customer Support messages (information on your order/service and help if you ever need guidance during the process), and marketing messages when applicable.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages and AI-powered voice calls, including automated and prerecorded calls, from Century 21 Limitless for customer support, account notifications, and marketing purposes, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We provide mortgage and related services ("Services"). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time without notice.

You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Services as outlined in your service agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

-Your use or inability to use the Services.

-Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

-Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Century 21 Limitless, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of , without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in , in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

16. Canceling SMS Service
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (401) 996-5755. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

17. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

18. SMS Fees

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 7 messages per week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Users must be 18 years of age or older.
